Greetings,
I upgraded recently from PHPRunner 5.1 to 5.2. and I have noticed that the "Loading..." graphic image displays appropriately on my users' screens after performing Advanced Screen searches and the List screen displays with all results.
The problem my users are running into subsequently within the List screen and the "Loading..." graphic image is when they click the option to sort one or more columns on the List page. We have found that if they click to sort a column the "Loading..." graphic image is hidden off screen somewhere else either because they do not have IE8 or Firefox browsers fully extended and/or because we have nearly 20 or more columns of data on the screen. I suspect the "Loading..." graphic image is "Centered" elsewhere thus our users are thinking the screen has frozen and they close out their browers and start the search and sort process all over again.
I have tested this with Internet Explorer and Firefox and have confirmed the "Loading..." is hidden off screen due to (1) the number of columns (+20) we have on our website and (2) the Records Per Page each user has selected (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 500) depending on the user's earlier selection.
Is there anyway to force the "Loading..." graphic image to appear centered in the users' viewing screen at all times or even force the graphic image to display Top and Left on the screen regardless of the column and row sizes?
P.S. I have looked at the "loadindicator.htm" file located in C:\Program Files (x6)\PHPRunner5.2\layouts\default" but I am not seeing the exact html line to change the placement of the "Loading..." graphic image.
Thanks,
David
