zip files issue

I have an uplication with an upload field that will occassionally have zip files uploaded. When testing, all files upload correctly. But the link in the application does not work for zip files. The uplaoded zip files are not corrupted and I can access the files via a direct URL. But the links through the ASPRunner application gives the error shown below. I have checked the mim types in IIS and .sip is listed. So I can't figure out why ASPRunner will not download zip files.

It turns out that it is not an issue specific with zip files. Rather, it is an issue with downloading large files. I have configures the necessary systems to upload any size files. But I have difficulties with large file links in ASPRunner. I tested another asp application that reads files inside directories and was built outside of ASPRunner. The links to large files work in that application, pointing to the same files as in the ASPRunner application. So far, I've tested files up to 160 MB. A 61 MB file can be downloaded via the ASPRunenr app but 2 files larger than 120 MB cannot.
