When using the print links to generate a print friendly version, the header is repeated at what is interpreted as the start of new pages. I'm not sure if this started in 6.1 or 6.2. I'm using 6.2. This is a nice idea but I have done several tests and the real page breaks do not appear where the header repeats. Where can I set the pages to not pregenerate page breaks and repeat the header?
