Records on first page.

I can't see any records on the first page of a customer list. I've checked the permissions and group levels - they are fine.
If I do a search for säy "ä" (or any letter) it works fine, then I can navigate records, veiw,edit etc. My SQL select selects all records.
This used to work, but now it is foobarred.
I know I've seen this post before, but can't find it, sorry for the repost.
Any ideas?
This is an SQL2K5 project, so posting is not available.

Make sure you don't have 'No records on the first page' option turned on for this table.
If this doesn't help post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program. Yes, it supports SQL 2000, 2005 and 2008.

No, it is not "Ticked". sorry I though I'd mentioned that point.
What I did was edit the SQL and order it. Now I can see the records. If I don't order the selection, nothing is listed "unless" I do a search.
I don't have to do this with any other tables and we checked with several users and priot to adding the new table, they never had this issue.
Not a biggy, however as I said in my post, this did work in the past. The only change made to the system, was to add a new table that is not related to this one at al.
