Chart function in PHPRunner ?? Flash

I have never created a chart using PHPRunner, and I was about to give it a go, when I thought, the charts I want to create must be compatible to the phones nowadays. Are the charts created driven by flash. If so, my understanding is flash wont work with Ipads and alike.
Any experience here is greatly appreciated.(Ver 5.1 2305)
