Hi,
I am using menu.php to create a custom menu and theme with "logout" button and "login as XXXX" links on top.
But each generated page also gives me the same on top, beside Add, Edit buttons.
I have to go through each page using Visual Editor to remove the "logout" and "login as XXX" links.
Suggest to have an option to hide the logout and login as XXX links.
Using menu.php gives me alot of flexibility to create good custom look,
so i appreciate to have a turn off and on options to hide the 2 links.
