Prevent word wrap in the column headings

hi,

I am using Asprunner 6.2. b5482

LayoutMadrid, Schema - London.
I would like to have Column's headings not resize automatically.
I have already managed to set the header and the main table to a fixed sizes fine(so that table is not resized when the browser width is changed), no problems, but the columns widths are still being resized:
for example:
column Heading "PlaceName" (one word) is being displayed as:
Place

Name
even though the table width allows to have this heading to be displayed in full.
Any thoughts?
