File upload form display format

Using phpRunner 5.2 v5242
Just started using 5.2 and am being challengd by the new architecture.

I have a client who wants me to hide the folder portion of an upload field form display. I can not see how to get at that to apply a "hidden" atribute (via css would be great). Anyone successful at something like this? Thanks.

I don't think it's possible. This field is displayed by the web browser and you cannot control it.
