On the VIEW form (details), I'd like to insert something like a subform (in Access or VB), because the subform holds many records. For example, I have an employee VIEW form. They usually have more than 1 family member listed, so that's a different query. Is there a way to put a subform on the VIEW form to display all the family members?

Sure, in ASPRunnerPro 6.2 you can link tables via Master-Details and display details records on Add/Edit/View pages.
