Parse error with 5.1 (maybe enterprise edition problem)

Hi,

This message began after upgrading to enterprise edtion 5.1 build 2503. Not seen before with same project.

Parse error: parse error in C:\Program Files\wamp\www\wwf5_3\include\phpfunctions.php on line 582

Line 582 has a '##;' string in it. This 'string' not interpreted correctly by Edit+++
My server is latest wamp on local box:

Apache Version :2.2.11 PHP Version :5.3.0 Loaded Extensions : Core MySQL Version :5.1.36
I have not been able to find this problem mentioned in forum.
