When we delete a record with associated file, the file is not deleted

Hi;
[indent][/indent]PHPRUNNER 5.1 BUILD 2503

[indent][/indent]TIPE FIELD --> File
In the Visual Editor we choose:

.- Type Field --> File

.- Upload Options --> Add timestamp filename

.- Upload Options --> Delete file when associated record is deleted (global option)

.- Other options non select
Alls works fine but when I delete a record with associated file, the record is deleted but the associated file is not deleted.What are doing wrong?
