dynamic permissions

Hi,There's a question about permissions.
Many of my projects have the permission demand.

For example, The group of normal and admin has different rights in one project.

The normal group users can view, add or edit some APs in this project.

The admin group users can view, add or edit other APs, setting up parameter, in this project, even all APs.

Assuming user a belongs to normal and admin group, does any problem of this user's permission of those APs in the project?
