I was wondering if there have been any issues with PHPRunner 5.2 shutting down after attempting to connect to database. I opened up 5.2, clicked to open up Mysql database, and then entered all of my info....server name, user, password, and then also used phprunner.php to open the database. When I click "connet" the program states "PHP Runner has stopped working" and the only solution given is to close program. I currently have PHP Runner 5.1 and have had PHP Runner 5.0 and 4.2 and have sucessfully connected to the database doing the EXACT method I am doing in 5.2. Any suggestions? I have also ran 5.2 in Admin mode. I have Windows Vista SP2, 32bit, Intel quad-core Q6600, 2.40 GHZ, 3 GB ram.
Thanks,
Brian

I am having the same issue as well. I am using Windows Vista Business with SP2. I have also submitted a support ticket, however, just wondering if anyone has a fix yet.

Am experiencing the same problem with W2K SP4 - 5.1 project works fine, same project with 5.2 crashes when connecting to remote MySQL DB. New local Access DB works fine with 5.2b.

I just got 5.2 (build 4044) to connect to the database. I unistalled and just re-downloaded the file.
However, this time I ran the install "Run as administrator" and when I tried it, it worked <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=46384&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
