All events both recurring and all day

I have just bought and downloaded the calendar template which I intend to use as the basis for a small hotel booking management system.

1. Can I set all events to be daily recurring all day events and hide these options in the add and edit pop up windows on the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly calendar list views?
   2) I'd like to add a link button to the pop-up windows to open another PHP runner page to edit booking details on a more comprehensive table in my data base. 2. I am having a problem with the datepicker on the pop-up windows (it comes up with year and month as undefined). Am I doing something wrong?
