Problems with virtual directory

PHPRunner General questions

I was trying PHPRunner in my old WinXP and it was great with Apache 2.2 and MySql 5.
But after install the same package in Win7 PHPRunner cannot create virtual directories and the New button appears grey.
It looks like a Win7 and Apache problem but if someone had pass by this problem and discover how to solve I appreciate some help, because I just tried too much.

Probably PHPRunner is not able to recognize Apache or doesn't have permissions to do so.
Simply choose output directory under Apache htdocs i.e. htdocs\project1 and open it in browser as http://localhost/project1

The solutions is execute the phprunner.exe AS ADMINISTRATOR.
