Truncated Text More... link not working

Hi

Using ASPR 6.1

Does anybody know why the "More..." link which is meant to open a new window to show truncated text in the list page would not be working. When the user hits this link the window opens but it is just blank apart from the "close window link".

Hard to tell without seeing your files. I recommend to post your application to Demo Account (use 'Demo Account' button on the last screen in program). Then open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL for investigation.

Thanks but I can't do this as the project is in our internal server and is confidential. Can you suggest any reasons why this might be happening?

I'd suggest to make sure this table has a proper key column selected (required to show long text fields in 'More' popup).
If this doesn't help create a copy of this table, remove all confidential data, and post it to Demo Account so we can see what exactly is wrong.

I'll try that.

I have to say that you guys really are good in the way you try to support your customers. I don't care about what others may think about "being ripped off" which I have read in a recent post. Despite any limitations of this software it is still absolutely amazing and worth every penny of the cost. Just wish I had the know-how you, Jane and the rest of the guys obviously have.

primary key not set
control codes in data in that field browser doesn't like
any scripting errors occuring client side
any funky popup blockers running like a recent toolbar added to desktops
can you view event viewer on server to see if there are any ASP scripting issues
