Help! Data in "results" but not Visual Editor

Help please!
My data is showing up properly in the "resutls" section (on the "Edit SQL Query" screen), but when I go to Visual Editor it's a big ol' mess......where the data should be is an "orderimage" and then the name of the field...in fact, none of the info is showing up correctly.....even the "number of reconrds" which is pre-set is not showing up....what do I do?
FYI, There are other tables which are showing up fine.....but about 30% are showing up all messy......help
