Sending e-mail for user after adding new data

Dear All,

Please somebody help for this script...

1. after add new data record, i want to sending e-mail to user as they enter their e-mail at add page, and also CC and BCC to admin...
   
2. And haw to capture value from add page field..ex : name, or number..
   How to do that that using existing snipet..?
   
   Or any other better suggest..
