Dependent dropdown problem with IE6

I have just upgraded a number of applications from PHPRunner V4.2 to V 5.1. We have had a number of complaints from users that the secondary dropdown field is now blank. I have tested the application with IE7, FireFox and Opera and the secondary fields show up fine. The problem seems to be related to the IE6 browser.
Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions for a fix, other than going back to V4.2?

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

After further testing (I re-installed Internet Explorer 6), IE6 is NOT the problem. The application works fine as it does in other browsers. So likely the issues are related to individual corporate firewalls or security software, and not to PHPRunner.
However, I still would like to hear from others experiencing similar problems, and what, if anything, we developers can do about it.
