Just a quick question.
For charity i said i would create a database for my local childrens hospital.
I demoed a version of the database on a local level and phprunner works great.
My question is can phprunner created projects work on a bigger scale over the internet, so we could let many hospitals around the country use the database over the internet to try and create a national database holding data for kids with major heart defects? Also is it easy to secure the database as it holds private patient info?
