Import File error

When I try to import file the web say Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'tdate'
/constitucion/piezas/piezas_import.asp, line 158
Could you please tell me what happen.

the website is http://www.segurosrd.com/constitucion/piezas, the username is nitnelav21 and password is va212121.
When I try to import .csv or .xls file, the program do not upload the file into the table, but the file is upload into the default folder in the webhosting.
