I need to insert a code on the add page in a cell ("NB"), but want it to be read only by users. The admin however needs to be able to edit this field on the edit page. How can I set this up?
When I change the field to read only, it automatically does it on the edit page.

you can set up different settings for NB field on the add and edit pages:

Then hide NB field on the edit page for all non-admin users:
