Reports Not Exporting Correctly

Hello,
I'm using PHP Runner 5.1 and have created several reports that I'd like to be able to export. PHPR 4.2 did not have an export report function, so upgrading to 5.1 really helped - or at least it seemed like it would.
When I click on the report I've created, it looks great on the web site itself, but if I want to export the report to an Excel file, I just get rows upon rows of whitespace and blanks. I've scoured the forums here but have not found anyone else with a similar issue. Please see the screenshots, and hopefully someone can guide me in fixing this.
