Need help for this

Hi All
Whan I copy and pase Embed code like this:
<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/POwjZyJQhy4&hl=en&fs=1&";></param><param'>http://www.youtube.com/v/POwjZyJQhy4&hl=en&fs=1&";></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/POwjZyJQhy4&hl=en&fs=1&"; type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>
from youtube in to a TextArea and save it using the IE. IE modify's the code for some reason and shows a part of the code!
Bu if I save the same code Using Firefax, then the Video is showen and every thing looks nice.
Dose anybody know why IE acts like that and how can I fix this?
Please I need help.
