Adding attachment to a record

I would like to be able to attach a word document, PDF or jpeg to a database record.
For example, I have employees entering their training via a web browser into an Access 2003 database using ASPRunnerPro5.2. I would like to see if there is a way that when the employee adds a training record (for example Word Processing) that they can attach their completion certificate to this record. Then when I view their record to verify it was entered correctly, I can also click on this attachment to view the certificate.

Hi,
just add new field to the table where file name will be stored and set up this field as File on the "View as" settings/"Edit as" settings dialogs on the Visual Editor tab.

To open these dialogs double click on the field.

Hi,
