Layout

I have been saving as new and editing the css (in C:\Program Files\PHPRunner5.1\templates\styles) and htm files (in C:\Program Files\PHPRunner5.1\templates\layouts), however this is not easy.
For the css files i have been using the fire bug (as http://www.asprunner.com/forums/index.php?...amp;hl=firebug)) and this works well.
However I wish their was an easy way to view the htm files. The list page does not open in a browser, nor in php runner if you pate the code. What I do (probably completly wrong) is edit the code in notepad and view the new layout in the visual editor. Is their an easier way of editing these files to create custom layouts as this works well for small changes but is really hard if you want to create a complete new layout.
