First, I want to say that I already knew about the adjustments needed to the metabase.xml. I adjusted the AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed to 1073741824 (a bit over 1 GB) and AspScriptTimeout to 3600 (1 hour).
I have been able to upload a 57 MB file but I get the following error when I try to upload an 80 MB file:
Request object error 'ASP 0101 : 80004005'
Unexpected error
/test/include/commonfunctions.asp, line 2500
The function returned |.
Line 2500 is "postData = Request.BinaryRead(Request.TotalBytes)". I've seen a couple of posts here with the exact error but your reply was do upload to the demo account, which I have done. The demo account link is http://demo.asprunner.net/mcalerridgways...adTest_list.asp. The link to our server's app is http://myridgway.ridgways.com/test/UploadTest_list.asp. This is simply a test application in preparation for a large one that I need to write.
I tested the temo account and I just get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
While we are at this, can you also tak a look at the tif and avi links at http://myridgway.ridgways.com/test/UploadTest_list.asp. ASPRunner uploaded the files nicely but will not recognize the links to the files, which are there.

is there any assistance for this issue?

If you already increased AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed and it doesn't help you need to contact support team directly.

What about the file type issue. You can see at http://swclients.ridgways.com/rst_test/Upl...adTest_list.asp that the PDF works fine but the wmv file won't open or save. But both uplaoded files work fine when tested directly on the server.

We cannot help you without seeing your files.
Contact support team directly. To speed up the process post your application to Demo Account (use 'Demo Account' button on the last screen in program) and send us URL.
