HI All,
I am using Version 5.1

I have inserted a ile upload area into my database. I need to add a folder in the database / Server for the file storage....
Could some kind person tell me or give an example of the path you would put in the box..."FOLDER WHERE FILES RESIDE" and "UPLOAD FOLDER"
This is in the edit field section.

Would it be a file on the database called "File1" for example and if so would it need to have the full path typed in?

Or

Would it be a path to a file in the FTP and if so would you need to enter the passsword path as well to access.

I think the first option is correct but dont know...

Stephen,
to save files on the disc create new directoru under generated output directory (for example files).

Then use following path on the"Edit as" settings dialog on the Visual Editor tab:

files
