Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to control the order for tables so that the tables are displayed in the order I want in the generated site? Also, is there a way to alias a table name within PHPRunner?

Yes to both your questions
Go to visual editor in your application
Open the menu editor and change order by dragging and dropping
By doubble clikking the items you can change title in the menu and other properties
