Insert a database field is not working in Visual Editor

I discovered the old problem when I tried to add table fields ( 1 row with 4 columns in table added ) on List Screen to displays database fields ( not to be displayed repeatedly in column ) and I used Add Fields icon. This functionality worked before in PHPR 4.2 but not now PHP5.1. How to fix this problem, any help will be appretiated.

You need to contact support directly sending screenshots that explain where you insert a new field and what doesn't work.
