ASP.RunnerNet 5.0 Build v1773

Can you demonstrate how to use the header tag in Build v1773. I have created a header.asp, header.aspx and placed them in the output/include folder, but nothing shows on the "List" page where the {$header} tag is suppose to display.
header.asp and header.aspx has below code:
