Ajax - Not working when record contains an apostrophe

I have a table that in the Add record I call products from another table (lookup using Ajax) . When using a product that contains an apostrophe ; it will not accept that product. Therefore I cannot add the record.
Version 6.0 Asprunner build 766
Any help would be appreciated

This problem is confirmed . Product records were edited and aposthrophe's taken out . Record can now be accessed.
