I need to how to set user ids and passwords. I would like to have an admin user who can edit delete view (do everything) and then I would like to set user ids and passwords to view data only. Can you tell me how to do this

I am still trying to do this and now I have an admin set but I am not getting any options when I login as admin except view..and I checked off edit, add, delete..and so on

Hi,
you can use Advanced security settings. To use this feature proceed to Security step in ASPRunner Professional, click on "Advanced", click on "Define user group permissions".

On this screen, you can create user groups with assigned set of permissions. To add a new group, click "Add group". A dialog box will appear where you can choose username which defines this group and define initial set of permissions. Afterwards, you can change permissions for certain tables.
