6.1 Build 1571 menu resetting

In build 1571 I am having problems adding new items to the menu. The settings are not being correctly saved.

• Type: is being reset to 'Group' after adding new item as hyperlink.
  
• after resetting Type to 'hyperlink', table is reset to to the first table on the list.
  
• after resetting table, Type: defaults to Group.
  It does not hold values for new items; each time it is opened and edited it resets one of the other fields on closing, which can only be seen after build or by re-opening menu.
  PS all of these worked in 1496.
