PHP Runner 5.1 - Default Theme creates errors

I've tried selecting the default theme - but it generates errors for the list pages. Has anyone else suffered the same problems?

C:Program

Files\PHPRunner5.1\Templates\Layouts\Default\topmenuintem.htm(1) -

Include: error opening C:\Program

Files\PHPRunner5.1\Templates\Layouts\Default\menuintem.htm file
