Input field in the same line on the Add page

Hi Guys! Hi Girls!
I want to have in the same row of the add page two input field: "Name" and "Surname".
I try to edit the Add page by the internal editor of asprunner but the program say me an error: all the site work, the add page don't work.
In a second time, I don't touch with the editor, but I edit the code of "templates/_Date_add.htm" with notepad, but the result is the same: all the site work, the add page don't work.
Someone know a solution for this problem?
