Automated export to launch MS Word after CSV Export and clear label re

I'm trying to setup an automated label printing system using EXPORT.
The users checkmark several records they want labels printed for and then click on export.

  1. I'd like EXPORT to automatically do a CSV export (without the user having to select the type of EXPORT, select all records or provide the file name and path) to a pre-designated directory and file for All Records (as selected by my "print a label field")
  2. Then, launch my designated MS Word document (that I already have set up with internal macros to automatically mailmerge from this CSV file).
  3. Then, clear the label request fields just exported in the database.
