Hello,
I am looking for some professional insight on creating multi-tiered vertical menues dynamically from a database based off a layer 1 selection at the top of the web page.
What I envision is a 3 level dropdown menu structure, database driven, which is generated on the fly from selecting from the tier 1 laver in a horizontal menu bar at the top of the page. The data /menu items are contained in the database and activated/created/modified by the admin as needed.
I already have the database set. Just looking for opinions on a good ASP dropdown menu generation program. i have tried using some flash but at the moment I am fairly lame when it comes to using flash programming.
If anyone can help me with this quest, I am indebted to you. Also, free is good but nominal costs are OK.
Thank you

The best way would be to wait for the next PHPR release (should be quite soon I hope). It has additional features to build dhtml menu. If it's not what you expect you can keep looking for alternatives.

Search this forum for DHTML menu and you'll find some useful posts.

Here's an extract from teh admin pre-release annoucement for you to check out.

Here are some previews of features we working on.
