Add New popup window doesnt display

I'm making use of the ability to add items on the fly - with the use of the Add New button at the side of the combobox. This works fine on some PC's but something is blocking it on others, even though its the same version of the browser i.e. Firefox 3.0.6. I've added it to the list of allowed popups and it still makes no difference. The even strangest part is it worked on IE7 on one machine but not Firefox 3.0.6. on the same machine. Has anyone any ideas?

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.
