I have need to make the monthly view show the previous week (from current date), the current week, and the next 2 weeks resulting in a split month view - preferably with different color shading showing the 2 months - Does anyone know an easy way?

Hi,
unfortunately there is no easy way to do it. This task requires a lot of custom coding.

You need to edit HTML code on the Visual Editortab manually and re-write List page: Before process event on the Events tab for monthly view.
