file upload size

file upload is working fine in phprunner 766; however, when I try to upload a 3MB PowerPoint file nothing shows up in the file field of the database and the file does not upload to the folder on the server. Is there a size limit on file uploads?

I did find a few but they related to ASPrunner rather than PHPrunner, unless I missed something
