The filename /tmp/phpp5u7Yy is not readable

I am trying to use the import feature, so that people can import new data from their excell spread sheet.
I made sure and all the file names are correct and when we try to import, we get this error
The filename /tmp/phpp5u7Yy is not readable
Am I missing a file that needs to be in my server directory so that it can do the import?

Okay figured it out. I removed the unique id that is auto created and she worked beautifully. Sorry for the false alarm. I thought I leave this post so if others have the same problem they can see what mistake I had made.
