I have been trying to produce a Report using the "Events" template but keep getting the "404 Not Found" screen when trying to access the report from the Quick Jump drop down menu on the events page.
eg phpRunner/Event_Report_add.php
However, on the phpRunner Output Directory page the file is listed. But when upload (FTP) the file is not on the uploaded list.
I have checked all the files in both the local and web site directories and the file does not exist.
There are however other Event_Report files produced eg:

phpRunner/Event_Report_report.php
phpRunner/Event_Report_search.php
phpRunner/Event_Report_searchsuggest.php
