Happening here too, no clue what is causing it, my guess is some kinda of type conflict or something....

Branko, the answer to me was to update to 766....since you use it already, don´t know how to help you.....try resetting the page, who knows....

This problem happened last year, when I was using an old trial... last night I upgraded to 766 and it print the totals....
Now looking for a better "rate" to buy, 499USD is so much in my underdog BRL
