New Server Problems

I am very new to IIS and ASP. I had the trial version of ASPRunner and it worked great. The server I was using had a bad hard drive and crashed. I have rebuilt that server but now I cant get any pages to appear. When I type the web address (http://realestate/index.htm) the page goes blank and says done in the bottom but the microsft flag in the top right of the browser keeps going like it is trying to load something. I have checked the permissions and everything I know (which doenst take long to do).

I am using Windows Server 2000 and ASPRunner Professional 3.1.

Greg,
first of all you need to make sure IIS is up and running. Try to open any other static HTML page from your localhost to see what is going on.

I can access the http://realestate/iisstart.asp and it just gives me the underconstruction page

I'm not sure what exactly happens there.
Try to reinstall IIS.
