Is php runner capable to handle this kind of table structure

I was wondering if Php runner is capable of handling this type of table.

IMO it will need to have 3 different databases.
One for the title

and inside of each title there can be multiple dates

and inside of each date there can be one or two (possible 3 sessions)
Does PHP Runner have the ability to make it easy for a user to enter in data like this?
