search with 2 condition on list.aspx

hi all,
help me, i'm getting desperate of this..

i can't create a dynamic Query to build Data Source on dbgrid, i've already check sqlBuilder etc on lib.cs...is there any easiest way to modify the BildDataSource method to create a dynamic query..
