Master Detail table foreign key problem

We are having a problem getting the detail table to add a new record with the master table Primary Key. Primary key is the foreign key in the detail table. We have tried to remove the foreign key on the add page without success, as suggested by another post.
Is there any work around for this problem?

what exactly happens when you trying to add a new record? Any error messages?

No error. It will just not assign a value to the Foreign Key.

Just remove foreign key field from the Add screen to enable auto-population of this column.
If this doesn't help you can zip and send the whole content of ASPRunner output folder to support@xlinesoft.com for investigation.
