key is not valid error

I purchased Asp Runer Pro 5 on 8/4/07 and have been using it successfully until yesterday. When I tried to start the program, a window was displayed saying my trial period was over and I needed to enter my registered name and key. When I did that, I got a message - Key is not valid, please contact vendor at support@xlinesoft.com!Please tell me how to fix this problem.
