Just started w/PHPRunner - quick question

I messed around with it last night but it was late - will it connect to sites like 50webs.com and myfreewebs.com (using their free phpmyadmin for databases)
I was following the tut. video with uploading phprunner.php, i'm guessing though that it doesn't work with those free web hosters.

phpMyAdmin is not relevant here.
When you follow video tutorial - what's the step where you stuck?

I figured out what was wrong for connecting - but when I use the php method to upload it finds it and uploads it.
The only problem is when I go to it, it prompts me to download it instead. Any way I can force it to run through the browser?
-Update- I got it to work on another host fine, will appreciate if anyone knows how to fix that though -^ Thanks.
And one more small side note, on phprunner.php, I am getting this error:
Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111

Make sure your web server supports PHP. If browser is trying to download phprunner.php instead of running it that means PHP is not supported or something else is wrong.
You can send URL of phprunner.php, MySQL username and password to support@xlinesoft.com for investigation.
